Clinovia - Bupa's provider for healthcare at home

Since its establishment in 1975, Clinovia has pioneered the development of high quality home healthcare. In 2006 the company was acquired by the Bupa Group, and was awarded the contract with Bupa Insurance Ltd (UK) through our standard procurement process. Clinovia homecare operation is managed centrally from their offices in Essex, but it also has regional offices throughout the country. All courses of treatment, with effect from 12 May, will be provided by Clinovia. However, all of your existing patients who are Bupa members will continue their current course of treatment with Healthcare At Home in order to avoid any disruption.

New referrals

Having obtained pre-authorisation from the Bupa Care Management team, you will then need to complete the following forms (as applicable) and fax them through to Clinovia on 01279 456717 who will then make contact with you direct to arrange treatment.
