Troubleshooting
You have forgotten your password
Please click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link, found in the log in box, and enter your details into the form. Your username and password will be automatically emailed to you.
The automated system can only send your password if your Online Profile includes your current email address. If your email address is missing or out of date, email providercomms@bupa.com to request your password. To update your email address, log in and go to My profile - Edit details'.
You can't register
You must be registered as a consultant with BUPA to register for this site. Please make sure your details are entered carefully as they must match BUPA's records in order for you to proceed through the registration process.
You can't log in
Please ensure you enter your username and password carefully. If you would like confirmation of your username and password, please use the 'Forgotten your password?' link, which will enable a reminder to be sent to your e-mail address. Please note that since the site has been redesigned all passwords must now be a minimum of eight characters.
You can't access any internal pages on the site
Access to this site is restricted to registered BUPA consultants, so if you haven't logged in you won't be able reach any content past the home page. Please log in using the log in area on the left hand area of the page.
You need to update or add to your personal details
This can be done while registering or select the 'My Profile' link from the left-hand navigation bar.
